New Meditation, Breathwork & Guided Relaxation Class

Join us for a transformative class designed to deepen your personal meditation practice, learn powerful stress-management techniques, and help you experience profound relaxation. This class will support you in reducing stress, quieting the mind, and nurturing your overall well-being.

In this class, you will:

Develop a personalised meditation practice: whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your current practice, we’ll explore many methods and wide range of meditation tools.

Learn Effective Breathwork Techniques: Discover how specific breathing practices can activate your body’s relaxation response, reduce stress, and lower cortisol levels.

Experience Guided Relaxation: Allow yourself to fully unwind and recharge through guided relaxation practices designed to release tension, restore mental clarity, and promote deep calm.

Train Your Brain to Reduce Stress: Learn techniques to deactivate your stress response and rewire your brain for greater calm and resilience, so you can face daily challenges with more ease and balance and grow plasticity in the brain.

Yoga or Meditation and Breathwork classes for the individual

 

If you would prefer individual sessions, to work on a programme specifically designed for you and your requirements please get in touch, or if you would like to share a session with a friend or partner, bespoke sessions are catered for.

 

Yoga classes or Meditation and Breathwork Classes for special occasions

 

including small groups, family sessions or larger groups as a one off, for special occasions.  Classes max 14 participants.
