Integrative Relational Therapist MNCIP

I’m an Integrative Relational Therapist and Psychosexual Somatic Coach, in private practice since 2018, working with individuals and couples. I’m a registered member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists and The Association for Coaching.

My Approach

Relating with other human beings can sometimes be tricky, yet our need for understanding and healthy connection is fundamental to our wellbeing. At key moments in life it can really help to get support with exploring your feelings and relationship dynamics, so that you can find new ways to relate.

I focus on creating a safe and non-judgemental container for you to be yourself in, so that you can do your own inner work. By exploring your relationships at the right pace for your nervous system, you can navigate potentially difficult, tender and emotional terrains and find better ways to communicate and connect with others.

We start by getting clear on your future aims, before taking a detailed look at how you arrived at your current situation. We can then work together to direct your inquiry, helping you find your own insights, answers and appropriate next steps.

By improving your awareness of yourself and the other, through a combination of structured dialogue and embodiment exercises, you can steadily build your toolkit of inner resources and reach more understanding. We work as slowly as we need to, giving you space to integrate your cognitive (intellectual/emotional) and somatic (body) insights as we go.

Suitable for those experiencing significant relationship difficulties, as well as those who want to take a proactive look at their relating style to develop more self-awareness, connection and pleasure, this approach can help you find more passion and/or compassion for one another.

My approach is trauma informed and can help you with;
